Had they floor person following around like a little puppy thinking someone was going to steal. I made sure to keep walking past him while explaining to my kids this why you dont shop at businesses that discriminate!!!

I already knew I wouldn’t be back because they literally have no sales but my boy needed under gear for sports so this was the first place to go. I bought 5 items for sports along with a nice jacket and outfit. The sports stuff didn’t fit so I needed to exchange. I go to the front and they tell me they can’t exchange and to go to the back, go to the back and they tell me she can do half of my exchange but not to order, go back up front to shoes for the order and they found one size in store but can’t pay for it while ordering so back up front I went but by this time my supposed even exchange is messed up and there’s not enough money on the gift card for the last item, I now have to go all the way back to the back of the store and by now they put all my original stuff back and told me I only returned 4 items and the older lady kept arguing with me that she’s right in wrong. I didn’t want a right or wrong, I wanted to know where my missing money went and she was just focused on being right which upset me after being sent back and forth so many times. I’m lucky I didn’t have my kids with me because I would’ve left with the original clothes I had and I would’ve had to buy all new somew

The store is nice, clean , well stocked and the people are always friendly and say hello. That being said I had a rather upsetting experience at checkout with the cashier Antonio. I always avoid signing up for rewards programs at different stores because that is my strong personal preference. I was checking out today using a coupon which I've done many times before which involves them scanning the coupon which I presented on my phone and then paying. This individual started collecting some of my personal information and entering it into his system. When questions he clearly stated that he needed to do that to be able to use the coupon. When finished I asked him if he entered me into the rewards program and he admitted that he did. I asked him to remove me and he said that he couldn't. I am sure there is pressure from the company and for management impossibly financial incentive for the cashier. None of that excuses being deceitful and entering my information against my wishes.
